We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This helps us take care of our team and offer your time spot to other guests who may be waiting. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as you can. If a guest cancels with less 24 hours, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. If a guest no shows for the scheduled service, 100% of the service fee will be charged. This ensures our team is still paid for the time you reserved.
We have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, we may ask you to reschedule your service or a shortened service may be offered.
