What’s included with my membership?

All active members receive 10% off additional treatments and retail products, plus exclusive monthly services depending on your membership type.

How long is the membership term?

Each membership runs on a 12-month billing cycle, renewing automatically every month. Before the end of the first year, you will be contacted to renew your membership. 

Can I cancel anytime?

After the initial 12-month term, you can cancel anytime by emailing us at sydney@graeberandcompany.com. All memberships require a 30 day notice prior to cancellation.  

What happens if I cancel early?

If you cancel within your first 12 months, the remaining balance is due, or your benefits end immediately. 

How does payment work?

Your card on file is charged automatically each month. Please keep your payment details current to avoid interruptions in service.

What if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, your membership perks pause until payment is updated and processed successfully.

What if I can't use my service one month?

No problem! Unused services roll over for up to 90 days (or until the end of the calendar year, whichever comes first).

Can I share my membership?

Memberships are for individual use only and can’t be shared or transferred.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

Yes. You may pause (freeze) your membership once per year for 1–3 months.
Requests must be submitted in writing with 30 days’ notice. Benefits can’t be used while frozen.

What's the cancellation "cool off" period?

You have 14 days to cancel for a full refund—provided no services were used.

How do I book my appointments?

Book as usual online, through the salon, or by calling the concierge desk.
Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled with participating service providers. Membership services can be located: online booking<services<memberships

What if I miss or cancel an appointment late?

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiting that month’s service.

Will prices or terms ever change?

Occasionally. You’ll receive at least one week’s notice if pricing or terms change, and you can cancel before new terms take effect.

What can I use my Beauty Bank funds on?

Beauty Bank funds can be applied toward services, professional product purchases and hair extensions purchases. Beauty Bank funds are not eligible to use toward other membership fees and/or gift card purchases. 

What happens to unused services when my membership ends?

Any unused or expired services are forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
