How do I book an appoinment at Graeber in Boise?

If you want a simple refresh, book a haircut, blowout, or facial. If you’re looking for a bigger change (color correction, major blonding, or a new skincare plan), start with a consultation so we can build the right service plan.

I'm a new guest, what should I book first?

Yes. Consultations are the fastest way to get matched with the right service, timing, and home care for your goals.

Do you offer consultations for hair and skincare?

For most hair and skin services, earlier is better, especially evenings and weekends. Bridal and event styling should be booked as far ahead as possible.

How far in advance should I schedule?

To make a reservation, guests are required to provide a debit or credit card as a guarantee. There won’t be any charges to the card if the reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy (see below). Charges may occur if the reservation is cancelled outside of the cancellation policy.

Why Do You Need My Credit Card To Book?

Credit card companies charge processing fees back to the business on every transaction. To avoid raising our prices overall, we’ve opted to pass this fee to the purchaser if they choose to use a card.

Why Is There A Credit Card Processing Fee?

The fee is only 3% and applies if you choose to pay with a card.

How Much Is The Credit Card Fee?

We do take walk ins. However, we recommend booking ahead. If you’re nearby, call and we’ll happily check same-day availability and book you with the right provider for your skin or hair goals. 

Do you take walk ins?

Tell us your hair history (box dye, lightening, prior color), your goal, and any inspiration photos. The more we know, the better your plan and timing will be.

What should I share when booking color services?

We are located in downtown Boise at 420 W Main St. Boise, Idaho. 

Where are you located?

Yes, there are nearby street and downtown parking options. If you’re unsure, call us and we’ll help you pick the easiest option for your appointment time. Meter running out during your appointment? Our concierge team will run out and feed the meter for you. 

Is there parking near the salon?

Call us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to adjust, but timing may change depending on the schedule and service.

What should I do if I'm running late?

Yes, we’re proud to be an Aveda salon in Boise, offering Aveda services and products that support healthy hair and scalp care.

Why Are There Different Levels & Prices?

We offer haircuts, blowouts, custom color, dimensional blonding, lived-in color, gray blending, glossing services, and special occasion styling.

What hair services do you offer?

Yes. We customize lived-in color and blonding based on your hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences.

Do you do balayage and lived-in color?

Yes. We can build a plan for full coverage, softer grow-out, or a gray transition based on what feels best for you.

Do you do gray coverage or gray blending?

Often, yes. Book a consultation for color correction so we can assess your hair integrity, set realistic expectations, and map out a safe path forward.

Can you fix a color that went wrong somewhere else?

Consistent at-home care matters. We’ll recommend the right shampoo, conditioner, treatments, and a maintenance schedule (like glosses or toners) to keep your color looking fresh longer.

How do I maintain my color between appointments?

Yes. Scalp treatments can usually be added to your hair appointment. If you only want a scalp treatment, we require it to be paired with a blowout so your visit includes proper finishing and styling.

Do you offer scalp treatments?

Bring inspiration photos, arrive with your hair in its normal state, and be ready to share what you love and do not love about your current hair.

What should I do before my hair appointment?

We offer results-driven facials and advanced skincare services designed to support hydration, barrier health, glow, and long-term skin goals. From our signature focus facials to HydraFacials, we offer a large selection of customizable options. 

What facial services do you offer in Boise?

Yes. HydraFacial is a great option for deep cleansing, hydration, and an instant glow with minimal downtime.

Do you offer HydraFacial?

Book a consultation or a signature facial and we’ll customize everything based on your skin, your goals, and the season.

What facial should I book if I don't know what I need?

Most guests see the best results with a facial every 4 to 6 weeks, but we’ll tailor recommendations to your skin, budget, and goals.

How often should I get a facial?

Yes. We can choose calming, barrier-supportive options and adjust everything to keep your skin comfortable and supported.

Can I get a facial if I have sensitive skin or a compromised skin barrier?

PRoducts + Home Care

All Aveda products can be exchanged for alternate products or in-store credit with the exception of makeup. Because we know recommending product is an art we offer an experience counter for makeup so you can be confident that you have made the right choice. All other brands and tools are final sale.

We carry curated professional lines for hair, scalp, and skin. Our team will help you choose the right fit for your goals and routine. 
The professional brands we partner with are Aveda, Oribe, Epicutis, Smashbox and Farmhouse Fresh.

What professional products do you carry?

Yes, we carry Aveda and can recommend the best products for your hair type, scalp needs, and styling routine.

Do you sell Aveda products?

Yes. Epicutis is a guest favorite for hydration, soothing, and barrier support, especially during Boise’s dry winter months.

Do you carry Epicutis products?

Yes. Stop in and our team will help you build a routine or restock your favorites.

Can I shop products without an appointment?

Gift cards, Memberships, & Rewards

Yes. Graeber & Company gift cards can be used for services and products. They can be purchased online or in salon.

Yes. We offer membership-style options year around and packs at different times of the year. Check our social media or ask our team for current offerings.

Do you have memberships or service packs?

Our rewards program is our way of saying thank you! We’ve created it to show appreciation for our loyal customers by offering fun perks and special treats along the way.

How Do I Redeem My Rewards?

You can redeem your rewards on the Graeber & Company App, in salon or over the phone. 

One treat may be redeemed per service, while supplies last. Points expire at the end of each calendar year.

We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If less than 24 hours is given on any service appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. If a notice is not given a service, a cancellation fee of 100% of your service fee will be charged to your credit card.
