Covid-19 Health & Safety Protocol

Here’s what to expect at every appointment until we know more:

  • We will call you to come inside when your service providers space is sanitized and ready for you- please wait in your vehicle.
  • Do not bring any coats, large handbags etc, please leave then in your vehicle or at home.
  • We will not be offering beverages at this time, please leave any outside food/beverages at home or in your vehicle.
  • Please note that due to added sanitation protocol your appointment time may vary by 10-15 mins– please be patient!
  • *Wear your mask upon arrival and for the duration of your appointment in the Salon or Spa.
  • Sanitize your hands upon arrival.
  • Recieve a temperature check upon arrival (Must be below 100.4 to receive service).
  • Answer questions regarding COVID-19 exposure & sign a release waiver at every appointment.
  • Make sure your credit card is on file to ensure contact-less check out.
  • A temporary COVID-19 Sanitation fee of $2.50 will be added to each transaction.
  • Ask our Guest Care Team to pull any products you will need.

Haircut (includes Blow Dry/Style) – 1 hr – 1.5 hr

Hair Color services (All over Hair Color, Hi-lights, Balayage etc.) – 2+ hrs

Shampoo Style – 1 hr – 1.5 hr

Massage – 1 hr 15 mins – 2 hrs

Facial– 1 hr 15 mins – 2 hrs
