Platinum HydraFacial Membership FAQ

1. What is the Platinum HydraFacial Membership?

Platinum HydraFacial Membership is a program with a 6 month agreement that rewards you with member exclusive savings on Platinum HydraFacial Treatments and in salon product purchases.

2. Who is eligible to join?
The Platinum HydraFacial Membership is available to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years of age and must have a valid credit card.

3. Does it cost anything to become a Platinum HydraFacial member?

There is a $50 one-time non-refundable enrollment fee to become a Platinum HydraFacial Member.

$299 will be auto billed monthly, membership will auto renew after 6 months.

4. How do I join?

Enrollment is available in the salon. Stop in and pay the $50 one-time non-refundable enrollment fee + first month payment of $299 and schedule your first HydraFacial Session! .

5. What if I am unable to use my HydraFacial Session for one month?

If you are unable to use your HydraFacial session, you’re welcome to gift it to a friend* (18 years or older)

Simply send us an email to info@graeberancompany.com with your name and your friends name giving us permission to give them the session. Sessions do not roll over.

6. What are the benefits?

The HydraFacial Platinum membership gives you access to invite-only events, free sampling opportunities, exclusive offers, and additional experiences added into your HydraFacial Sessions.

7.  How do I use my membership?

When you come in for your HydraFacial sessions, you’ll simply let us know you’re a member. Because your membership is billed monthly, your session is already paid for!* 

*Any additional add ons, products or services will be billed separately and payment is due at the time of service.

8. What do I do if I believe a purchase or other program activity was not properly credited to my account?

9. What am I agreeing to by joining?

By becoming a HydraFacial Platinum member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Program Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make.

10.  How do I terminate my membership if I no longer wish to participate?

After your 6 month commitment period, you may terminate your membership by sending a cancellation email info@graeberandcompany.com at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled automatic payment date.
